I am graduating in the Summer semester (ends in July) 2022 and am currently looking for postdoctoral positions. My research interests are primarily in bioinformatics, with a focus on algorithmic problems. I have experience in protein secondary structure prediction and finding shortest hyperpaths in cell-signaling hypergraphs (see my research page for more detail), but am open to working on problems outside those two areas.
I want to develop algorithms to solve interesting problems, not necessarily in biology (although I have expertise there).
