My name is Spencer Krieger, and I’m a PhD Candidate at the University of Arizona. I’m studying Computer Science, and started my program in 2016.
The research I do is in Bioinformatics, and the development of algorithms to solve problems related to Biology. I currently work on protein secondary structure prediction and finding new paths in cell signaling pathways, representing them as hypergraphs.
